Family Resort Lučivná is located between Liptovský Mikuláš and Svit, 15 km from the town of Poprad. The lucrative location directly below the panorama of the High Tatras and the proximity of the D1 motorway predispose the resort to the status of an ideal starting destination, from which all important tourist sites and popular attractions are within easy reach.

When arriving from the direction of Bratislava, it is necessary to choose the exit Mengusove, at the crossroads turn right towards the village of Lučivná and after approx. 200 m continue along a dead end street next to the yellow building of the reception office of the Tatra Spa Lučivná to its end to the Sosna building.

During winter, you can cross the lake by walking on the frozen surface. The very circuit around the lake, located at an altitude of 1,346 m above sea level, is 4 km long.

The surrounding area is full of leisure activities for children and adrenaline for adults. Go-karts, ATVs, snowmobiles or horse-drawn carriages will attract many tourists. Cable cars and many stalls with souvenirs or refreshments. A great and unforgettable experience is also an unusual trip by the Cog Railway. The well-known cog railway has a long tradition and has been running between Štrba and Štrbské Pleso since 1892 and believe me, it is an unforgettable experience.

The Bachledka Treetop Walk is located on the ridge of Spišská Magura, on the border of the Pieniny and Tatra National Parks. A gentle climb will take you safely from the ground up to a height of 24 meters, directly to the treetops. . You will become part of forest life and get to know many animals and plants that you will find only a few places.

The route with a length of more than 1,234 meters will take you through a varied forest, where various surprises and informative attractions await you. You will completely enjoy a breathtaking view of the Belianske Tatras, Pieniny and the picturesque Zamagurie panoramic landing of the 32-meter-high tower, which ends the Walkway. The Bachledka Forest Kingdom represents a new dimension of entertainment for all those who have enough energy. A huge battering ram, a multi-level rope park, Pokuston or a megatrampoline are just a few of more than twenty different elements that you can try on an area of almost 5000 m2. The whole course grew up in a mountain meadow in the middle of the forest. It also includes playful education and interactive exploration of nature. While the children have fun, parents can relax on the benches and enjoy the views of the surrounding nature.

The center of tourism in the Pieniny National Park is home to a beautiful Carthusian monastery and a starting point for the increasingly popular Dunajec rafting trip.
